Bouncing Baby K (Potassium)

Now the Potassium is too high and we get to check into the DeVos Suites. Long weekend in Grand Rapids. I spoke too soon.

First Feldenkrais Lesson in Town

He was NOT into his Feldenkrais practitioner. He wasn't into his ABM practitioner either. But he wasn't scared of her. She is an older Chinese lady and bears a striking resemblance to me and my mom's side of the family. She did some accupressure for all of us, as well. Yum!
Above is my current desktop. Below, a cute picture before our current heatwave.

Quiet Weekend at Home!

Bo lost a smidge of weight and was acting a little funny this weekend, but not worrisome enough to send us to the Inn. His labs were drawn this morning and I am hoping hoping that we don't have to pack him up for another hospital visit.
Bo got to see 3 of 4 grandparents on Sunday. He was grinning from ear to ear. And Jose got to smoke a ton of meat. Yummmmm!

So Far, So Good

We are enjoying the lush quiet long weekend together. Bo's behavior is still a little more fussy and irritable than I think is normal, but then, his front teeth haven't come all the way in, yet.

Naptime for Sleepers

Our router unexpectedly fried out. Poaching, while possible, doesn't offer great enough bandwidth to post pix. Maybe I'll make it to the library or cafe sometime this weekend. I suppose I could get free wifi at the hospital, but really. Why would I go there if I didn't have to? Hopefully the one I ebayed for shows up Tuesday.

Happy Labor Day Weekend.

I will spend the weekend thinking about what to say to my coworkers in a few weeks during our company's United Way kickoff. Re-entry into the atmosphere is fiery, almost as fiery as re-entry into public speaking.

A Toy That's Not a Toy

The best toys are not "toys."
Words he likes to say: Caca, Dadadadadada, Mom!, cat (got), dog (dogu), car (ka), boat (bop), butt (bop), E-I E-I O (as in Old Mac Donald, yiyiyi-o), binky (baba), ta-da (tada)

My, What a Big Head You Have!

He weighed in at 21.8 lbs, 28 inches and 48cm head circumference. That's a big head. Thanks for the new hats, nanimal! His head is rapidly outgrowning the ones he had.
